TÖSKA was founded by brothers Jim, Pep and Leo Osmanollaj, Albanian owners from Kosovo who built the restaurant around generous hospitality, thoughtful food and the pleasure of bringing people together.
The name takes inspiration from Tosk, one of the two major dialects of the Albanian language—a quiet nod to the family’s heritage. Today, that story comes to the table through handcrafted pizzas, globally inspired plates, comfort dishes and beer brewed in-house.
From casual dinners and happy hour to family gatherings and milestone celebrations, the idea remains simple: serve cultivated flavor in a warm neighborhood setting and give guests a reason to return.
